On 2nd February 2011 Chinese Delegation leading Guifen Xu – Biomedical  Companies Executive Board’s chairman – visited IZKA and was informed about Izmir and sectors.The company which manufacturer of medicines confirmed by Chinese Ministry of Health with 50 people of R&D about Traditional Chinese Medicine; is investigating opportunities regarding to spreading out of China.The company that manufacturer of medicine which confirmed by clinical tests and got positive results about especially cancer treatment is preparing to bring its 18years reservoir to foreign countries and extend its market.The delegation consisting of representatives that completed their R&D studies for diabetes and obesity besides cancer  ; also visited İYTE.The company is interested in establishing a health institution and medicine producement premises and after Izmir visit, they went to Ankara for meet to Ministry of Health’s officers.
