İTOB (TEKELİ İMALAT) ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ

İTOB Organized Industrial Zone is ready to make an investment with its complete infrastructure and it is the closest OIZ to the city center.
The zone is 32 km away from the central İzmir, 12 km away from the district of Menderes, 18 km away from Adnan Menderes Airport. Cumaovası – Aliağa railway line passes through the Zone entry. Upon the completion of the work on upgrading the line to the metro standards, transportation and service will be much more rapid and economic.

There are 372 industrial parcels ranging from 1.000 m2 to 30.000 m2 in the zone founded on the area of 250 hectares.
Companies in our zone have focused on good, iron steel industry, chemistry, plastics, machine, electric electronic sectors.

As of the end of 2006 infrastructure works were completed. Within the scope of infrastructure works, 1.500.000 m3 excavations were filled, 21.650 mt sewerage system, 20.500 mt domestic water pipes, 27.500 mt natural gas pipes, 11.250 mt prefabricated rainwater were furnished. 19 substations have been built; their cables were spanned, 38.500 mt curbs were furnished, and road bed and asphalt of the 20.000 mt road were completed. For the telephone infrastructure, 6.500 Telekom centrals were built, cable pipes and manholes were made.

For the first time in the Organized Industrial Zones, with the MBR process, 2000m3/day of the 8000m3/day capacity waste water treatment center which was founded with high-tech have been put into use. As the drought increases day by day, all waste water of the zone is recovered as the 2nd Quality water.

When the zone commences operation, 15.000 people are to be employed and around 1000 people are currently employed in the zone.
All the investments have been made with the equity of the zone.

28-hectare area in the zone have been forested, thousands of olive trees have been planted. Most of the refuges on the roads have been vegetated. Afforestation of the zone which was established in completely arid and barren lands have been attached huge importance.

Among the main missions of İTOB Organized Industrial Zone are electricity, water distribution, waste water treatment, construction licence, occupancy permit and authorization of the GSM licence, protection of the environment, maintenance and repair of infrastructure services, afforestation and security.
