BERGAMA ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ

•     The total area of Bergama OIZ is 1.747.491 m²
•     Expropriation procedures have been completed.
•     In the zone whose planning has been completed, 107 industrial parcels have been created.
•     Along with the industrial parcels, administrative and social facilities, training facility, technopark, technical service area, sports area and treatment facility have been designed in the planning which has been made.
•     Planning is rearrangable according to industry sectors to be created.
•    There is a sufficient amount of  qualified utility water in the zone.
•    Geothermal energy resources are sufficient in both quality and quantity around the zone.

1/1000, 1/2000, 1/5000 maps of the zone have been made upon the completion of land expropriation and land purchase procedures. Measurement and drawing of the map has been completed and passed the approval and been received. Furthermore, the property project of the zone has been made. 

Geologic and geophysical maps of the zone have been prepared and approved by the General Directorate of Disaster Affairs.
Local Construction Plan of the zone and Construction Plan Statement Report have been completed.

The displacement project of Bergama-Ayvalık energy transfer line passing through the zone have been prepared and approved by TEİAŞ.

Local Construction Plan and Construction Plan statement report have been approved by the Ministry Construction Commission. With the City Administration Committee decision,  they have completed their relevant procedures in the Directorate of Industry City Trade and they have been finalized.

Joint works with DSI for the water needs of the zone have been conducted and water resources have been located. Reserve research contract with DSİ for the water needs have been signed and reserve researches and related reports have been prepared. Project works on a brook improvement with DSI have been concluded.  
Project works on highway regulation with Regional Directorate for Highways and Regional Directorate For Rural Services have been completed.
