ISKUR, National Employment Agency, may support vocational training projects for a period of maximum 6 months.

•     Direct salary support for interns, and unemployed candidates that are registered at ISKUR, (partial wage=15 TRL/day) during pre-employment training session
•     ISKUR covers social security premium expenses (occupational accidents and occupational diseases).
•     ISKUR partially contributes towards program expenses such as trainer's fee, power, and water bills to the employer. Total amount calculated is as cost per trainee and the employer must bill to ISKUR for services given.
•     ISKUR considers the employer (company) a legal party in this training program.
•     After the program, a certain number (percentage) of trainees must be employed.
• Ministry of National Education cooperates with regards to:
•     Vocational schools with the desired programs may open according to the decision of the Ministry
•     The Ministry may decide to support the general cost of a trainee team for the adaptation of every requested program in an existing vocational high school.
