One can file an application to obtain a work permit in Turkey either while located in Turkey or abroad.
The application should be accompanied by a labor contract, letter of assignment, or a document stating company partnership. The employer in Turkey is required to file an online application and submit the required information and documents to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, either in person or via mail, within ten business days following the date of the candidate’s application to a consulate.
It is separed as short-term and long-term residence permit.

Licensing of Work Permit
Licensing activities of business places are carried out within the framework of provisions of regulation on business and licenses entering into force after published in the official journal dated 10.08.2005 and no 25902.
Building licence is a permit given by municipalities for the construction of any structure subject to licence to begin. It is mandatory to get building licence for all structures that fall within the context of Zoning Law no. 3194.
